Application

You can use liquid eyeliner to draw different lines, thin, thick, kitten, whatever you prefer. With the liquid eyeliner, make a line close to the lashes and fill in well to make everything black. You can apply just eyeliner or over an eye shadow and make a kitten eyeliner.
